cog-store.com undertakes to prepare and post the package containing the customer's order in clean packaging, to postage at the rate linked to the chosen delivery method, and to make visible all the recipient's information necessary for the proper receipt of the customer's order.
The products are delivered to the address entered online by the customer when placing the order on cog-store.com. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery information provided during the purchase process. Any package returned to COG due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
COG cannot be held liable for any damage to or loss of the package once it has been handed over to the courier authorized to deliver it to the recipient. 7.3 - Delivery methods
Subject to the territorial eligibility of the delivery method in the country to which they wish to have their order delivered, the customer may choose between several delivery methods:

Colissimo home delivery with signature required upon receipt
Delivengo international home delivery with signature required upon receipt
7.4 - Delivery charges
- Metropolitan France: Delivery costs €3.99 to post offices or collection points, and €5.99 for home delivery with signature confirmation for all purchases under €135. Delivery is free to post offices and collection points for all purchases of €135 or more. Home delivery with signature confirmation costs €2.99 for all purchases of €135 or more.
- Europe: Delivery charges applied on cog-store.com prices vary between €13 and €17 depending on the destination country.
- Rest of the World: Delivery fees charged on cog-store.com prices vary between €18 and €30 depending on the destination country.
In the case of an order comprising a minimum of two (2) pairs of shoes or more, if the customer wishes to return only part of the products ordered (partial return), and the total amount of the items kept becomes less than the threshold entitling them to free delivery, COG reserves the right to deduct from the amount refunded the shipping costs initially offered.
In other words, if the benefit of free delivery is no longer applicable after the partial return, the shipping costs corresponding to the final order (i.e. the amount of the items kept) will automatically be deducted from the refund.
7.5 - Delivery times
In metropolitan France, the average delivery time for a parcel via Colissimo is 48 hours, or 2 working days.
For Europe, the average delivery time for a parcel via Colissimo varies from 3 to 5 working days on average, and can in some cases go up to 9 days depending on the country of destination.
For the rest of the world: the average delivery time for a parcel varies from 5 to 12 working days depending on the destination country and the delivery method selected.
Shipping times begin from the order registration date indicated on the confirmation email.
All packages are prepared and shipped by cog-store.com within a maximum of 48 working hours, plus the time required to deliver the order to the recipient's address.
Shipments are made only from Monday to Friday. For any order placed on Friday after 11am or over the weekend, packages will be shipped the following Monday.The customer will be notified by email of the shipment of their order(s).
COG cannot be held responsible for any additional delays or problems encountered during the delivery of items ordered by the customer on cog-store.com - their transport is ensured by an external transport service provider. Nevertheless, COG undertakes to keep the customer informed of the delivery status of their order, and if necessary, to contact the service provider mandated for the transport of the ordered items, in order to resolve any problems that may arise during the delivery of their order.
If the customer or recipient is absent on the day of delivery, the delivery driver will leave a delivery notice in their mailbox, indicating where the package can be collected from the designated post office for the recipient's delivery address. The package will then be available there for the period indicated on the delivery notice (estimated at 10 business days). If the customer or recipient does not collect their package before the end of the specified period and the package is returned to COG, the customer will be charged €8 for the reshipment of the package from the COG warehouse.
In the event of failure to meet the agreed shipping date or deadline, the customer must, before terminating the contract, give COG formal notice to fulfill it within a reasonable additional period. If COG fails to fulfill the contract by the expiry of this new period, the customer may freely terminate the contract. The customer must complete the cancellation formalities by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to: CAMARA Omar, 108 Place Henri Barbusse, 69800 - SAINT-PRIEST, France.
The customer can also send their contract termination request by email to contact@cog-store.fr.
The contract will be considered terminated upon receipt by COG of the letter or email informing it of this termination, unless COG has performed in the meantime.
In the event that a parcel sent to a collection point has not been collected within the allotted time, as well as a parcel sent to the customer's home and not delivered to the customer, and in the absence of collection from the assigned post office, returned to COG, the issuance of a second shipping label to resend the order to the customer will then constitute a second shipment.
The issuance of this order reserves for COG the possibility of either asking the customer to bear the costs of the second shipment mentioned above, or offering this second shipment to facilitate the logistical operation, but in the latter case, this will cancel the offer of free return of the order in the event of a request for its return by the Customer.
In this case, COG will therefore not bear the additional return costs related to the cost of this return transport.
The Customer is then asked to return the pair of shoes at their own expense, via the carrier of their choice (La Poste generally offering the most economical solution), to the following address:

In the event that COG has not honored the delivery within the allotted time and after receiving the request for termination of contract by the customer, COG reserves the right to contact the customer in order to offer alternatives to the reimbursement of the price of the items and their delivery costs.
Article 8 - Delivery error
If the customer notices an error in the items delivered to him, he must make a claim to COG within 14 working days regarding the delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in nature or quality compared to the information on the order form.

Any claim made outside the specified time limits will not be taken into account and will release COG from its responsibilities towards the customer.
In the event of a delivery error, any product to be refunded must be returned to cog-store.com in its original condition and packaging, via a return label issued by COG after the customer's email request.
The customer will then be refunded the amount of their purchase to the bank card used to place the order. Return shipping costs are covered by COG.
In the event that COG does not detect any difference between the order placed on cog-store.com, the delivered item and the delivery note, COG reserves the right to demand recovery fees for damages caused by shipping costs and administrative costs of the ongoing case.
Article 09 - Rights of withdrawal and returns
9.1 - Right and conditions of withdrawal
If the order does not meet the Customer's expectations for any reason, they may return the items to COG within 30 days of receipt. Any claim made after this 30-day period will not be accepted, and the Customer's right of withdrawal will no longer apply. To return items, the Customer must submit a return request by email to contact@cog-store.fr so that a return label can be sent to him. To be valid, this right of withdrawal requires that the items comprising the order (packaging, product, instructions, etc.) be returned in their original packaging and condition, without showing any signs of wear or deterioration.
After receiving and verifying the items, cog-store.com undertakes to contact the Customer by email and then, provided that the returned items meet the conditions stipulated above, to credit their amount, deducting the order shipping costs (Art 107 2. RDLGDCU 1/2007), to the bank card used when placing the order on the website cog-store.com, or to the account for which the Customer has previously provided bank details. Returned items are refunded within 5 business days of their receipt at COG's premises, unless there is a problem identifying the Customer's account with the bank.
In the event that the returned item(s) are damaged or deemed to be in a condition not conforming to the original condition, the return will not be accepted and the items will not be taken back, the merchandise no longer being usable for sale.
If necessary, COG will take care of returning the package to the Customer while paying the reshipping costs without the latter being able to demand any compensation or refund on the items of this order.
9.2 - Return costs
COG reserves the right to apply and modify the conditions and return fees related to the shipping of items sold on cog-store.com, but undertakes to apply the rates and conditions in force indicated at the time the order was placed by the Customer, if the order is in progress during the application of rate changes.

Return shipping is free for mainland France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands – limited to one free return per customer, provided the customer does not complete any subsequent orders. Therefore, while the return of the first order is free, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for any subsequent orders, until the customer completes a purchase of an item ordered to reactivate the free return policy.
For free returns, the Customer must return their order using the shipping method approved by COG. Otherwise, return shipping costs will not be covered, and the Customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
In the context of a non-offered return, the Customer will be free to return their order via the carrier of their choice, while ensuring that the order returns to COG in good condition and within a period not exceeding 45 days.
For other European countries and the rest of the world, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No purchases were made on the cog- website.store.com Purchases made with gift cards are not eligible for a cash refund. For refunds on items purchased using gift cards, the original gift card(s) used will be credited with their original value.
If the entire order is returned, any accessories included with the order must also be returned. Otherwise, COG reserves the right to deduct €10 from the total refund for the returned merchandise.
In the event that the returned merchandise does not correspond to the order to which the return relates, COG reserves the right to demand recovery fees for damages caused by shipping costs and administrative costs of the ongoing case.
9.3 - Exchange an item
In the event of a request to exchange shoes for a returned pair, COG reserves the right to charge the Customer a flat fee of €7 (including VAT) to cover the shipping of the replacement pair. As part of this request, COG will notify the Customer by email of the shipping costs for the new pair before shipping them. Once notified, if the Customer accepts the exchange, they will transfer the amount covering the shipping costs of the new pair to COG's account.
This condition also applies if the Customer has ordered a new pair on the website cog-store.com, while having requested to return their first ordered pair. In this case, COG is responsible for charging a flat fee covering the difference between the shipping cost charged when placing the second order on the website. cog-store.com, and the amount of €7 including VAT charged as part of an exchange.
In the event that the customer wishes to exchange a product offered on promotion when purchased on the COG website, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
Article 10 - Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. The competent court is the district court for disputes where the amount in dispute is less than or equal to €10,000, or the regional court for disputes where the amount in dispute is greater than €10,000.
