Gaia fits normally.
We advise you to take your usual size. In case you are between two sizes, we advise you to take a size above the one you usually take.
If upon receipt of this model, the size is a little tight, please note that the materials of our Gaia soften over time.
* Our Gaia insoles are removable. You can therefore remove them to replace them with your own insoles if you wish.

To maintain your Gaia, simply rub the exterior with a damp cloth then let it air dry without exposing it to direct sunlight so as not to damage the colours.
To freshen up your insoles, you can remove and sprinkle the soles of your Gaia with a little baking soda, then leave to act in an airtight bag for a few hours. Remove the powder by shaking your insoles, then put them back in your shoes. That's it :)
