For the Laïka, we advise you to take your usual size.

However, this model is thin and may require the use of a small shoe horn.

If you are between two sizes, have a foot that is a little wide or strong on top, or you use orthopedic insoles, we advise you to take a size larger than your usual size.

Note that the materials of our Laïka soften over time.

As part of a refund request, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To maintain your Laïka, simply rub the upper of the shoe with a damp cloth then let it dry in the open air without exposing them to direct sunlight so as not to deteriorate the colors. For the maintenance of imitation-nubuck type parts, we recommend using a soft-bristled brush or a crepe brush. Gently rub in circles.

To freshen up your insoles, you can sprinkle the inside of the shoe with a little baking soda and leave for a few hours. Then remove the powder by shaking your shoes and then wipe lightly with a damp cloth to remove the last traces of bicarbonate. Let dry; That's it :)

A controlled stock to limit its impact

In our dormant stock there are shoes with a slight defect, prototypes but also a few second-hand pairs.
Beyond the space that it occupies in our premises, we decided to offer you these models in our "Les Imparfaites" collection in order to give them a new life. Since our launch, our objective has been the same: to democratize a more ethical, sensitive and measured consumption fashion.

 Les Imparfaites are above all 100% vegan , recycled and designed with respect , all at a more affordable price than our other collections in order to allow everyone to wear responsible shoes.

Smaller defects, lower prices

During quality control, we check each pair received with great care and it is during this stage that we sometimes discover the shoes that will join the Imparfaites COG.
A snag, a small stain, worn during a photoshoot or second-hand, certain models cannot be offered in new condition on our online store. However, if the defect does not alter the comfort or resistance of the shoes , we think it would be a shame not to offer them to you so that you can order these pairs at a lower cost.

Human teams

All COG models are carefully designed in Portugal and we are delighted and satisfied with the work carried out by our teams in Portugal.
Despite everyone's diligence, to err is human and we sometimes realize that certain shoes have some small defects.


These models as well as the prototypes sent by the workshops and which do not quite correspond to what we expected, if they are in good condition, then join our stock of Imparfaites to be offered to you at reduced prices.
